What an awesome performance. How loud was it?? My freeking head is still ringing!! Cube was everything we expected and we all left wanting more. One of the best nights ever had in Brisbane

On the negative side sadly were 2 things:

    1. Scorcher was absolute crap. Nothing but a poor Dizzy Rascal rip-off playing London Garage music at a Gansta Rap concert. Are you for real man? Your music is called underground for a reason, LEAVE IT THERE!! All that applause when you finished your set and walked off stage WAS NOT in appreciation. (also your DJ was by far the worst part of the entire night. STAY OFF THE MIC!!!)

    2. To all you morons wearing NY Yankee caps/shirts and then holding the 4-finger Westside up in the air. You were an embarrassment to yourselves. Do you even know the reason behind Cube’s new album I AM THE WEST???? Stop insulting the star of the show and do some research before you feel worthy to ‘represent’ something you obviously know nothing about.

Aside from that, Cube, you rocked out city man and changed our lives for 1 night. It meant so much to us that you said “we are not just your fans but your family.” You are always welcome back and we all cant wait to see you again soon we hope.

Thanks for coming to Brisbane Cube and WC.
My first concert ever, and i gotta say, I'm glad that after listening to Cube since i was 11 and WC since i was 14 years old, i got to witness, in the flesh, two of the first artists i ever heard, front row, like the stock still, starry eyed little 15 year old i felt like.
I'm 28 now, and the fact that you guys are still rocking the crowd and had everyone bouncing like there was no tommorrow, just instills the fact, that ganagsta rap, will never die.
after seeing a good line up of local australian talent, and that being the first live rap show ive ever seen ( who i got to heckle ), also being blessed by two young fellas in the crowd and given a front row spot, which i had to pass on to another fella going absolutely ape behind me ( just sharing the love ) i rekon for a first, it was better to go to a small show, strictly for the fans, than be stuck up the back of a 10,000 strong crowd and have to rely on a camera.
and the only critisism i got ( seeing as everyone knocking scorcher, i thought i'd get straight to the point, cos he wernt that bad, and you all paid to see him) is the fact you both suggested you were giving us our moneys worth. ( cheeky bastards ) a full 3 hours of nothing but cube and WC would have been our money's worth, but ay, i paid, yo came, and conquered.
    thanks a million.

I have been a massive Ice Cube fan for a long time and have never seen him live except on I was really pumped to see him in Brishane. The Tivoli went off-everyone there were awesome, and had mad love for you and the WC.My mates and I wore raiders jerseys, and even though it was hot as hell in the venue,we never took our jerseys off.I must admit I did video a bit of the concert-to show all that missed out what they were missing.I have always regarded you as the best rapper ever(not being a suck up either),always keeping it real and never selling out.Keep makin your albums and doin your shows down under as I am sure that not one person leaves your show dissatisfied.Raider fan fo life!!!

Best concert I have ever been to. I was probably the oldest guy there but wtf I've followed Ice Cube's career since NWA when I was in LA in 1990.
How can I put this but usually when you go to see some more established acts sometimes it feels they are just going through the motions. With Ice cube it was like he was just starting. Didn't appear jaded at all. Great enthusiasm. Crowd was good though. Just wish I was 20 years younger and I would have been at the front going nuts.

I was real excited to see cube.. i WAS listenen to his beats when i drive to work it was a good day, ghetto bird all that good stuff .but the concert was utter disappointment and i thinks he a sell out about the $$ which is all good. he only played lil bits of tracks and just bounced i though that was no good especially since his fans there are all old skool and payin 90 bux when U2 was sellin for 40. im glad i didnt pay 90 bux for a tix felt like he was just there to get paid and bounced, IT WAS NOT A GOOD DAY
